As the importer of record we supply trading companies, food manufacturers and compound feed manufacturers in Japan.

Frequently asked questions
What are the minimum order quantities and lead times?
They depend on the product, packaging and quantity. Tell us the products and approximate quantities, and we will confirm with the manufacturers and reply with lead times.
Can you provide specifications and certificates of analysis?
Yes. Product specifications and lot-by-lot certificates of analysis are provided once a non-disclosure agreement is signed, together with copies of the manufacturers' certificates.
Can you arrange samples?
Yes. We arrange samples once we know the application and expected quantity. Conditions for small samples differ by product, so please ask.
Who handles the import procedures?
Wisteria is the importer of record. We file the import notification under the Food Sanitation Act and handle quarantine station review and inspection. Feed and feed-additive applications are handled under the Feed Safety Act and related regulations.
Do we need to switch our current supplier?
No. You can use us as a second source to diversify procurement. We can supply a subset of products or small trial quantities.
Can you supply third countries from China?
We are extending supply to food and feed manufacturers in other Asian markets. Tell us the destination and products.
